Service details

What our services actually look like.

A closer look at the categories of support we offer across all of our regions.

Supporting involvement at work and in the community

Day & Vocational Services

  • Community Inclusion

Skills-based supports built around self-help, socialization, and adaptive living. The focus is on real participation in the community — at least half of each day spent in shared spaces, learning by doing.

  • Habilitative Workshop

Structured skill building across a variety of settings, including future employment opportunities. Often includes paid work alongside community engagement.

  • Prevocational Services

Up to a year of guided activities that help individuals build the practical and interpersonal skills needed to find and keep meaningful work.

  • Supported Employment

Coaching and on-the-job support inside a competitive workplace at or above minimum wage. The goal is durable employment in the wider community.

Living in community to build lifelong relationships

Residential Services

  • In-Home Residential

Supports delivered in the individual's own home or a family home, ranging from personal care to protective oversight, designed to maintain independence.

  • Residential Habilitation

Around-the-clock support inside a group home or an Extended Family Home / Shared Living arrangement — a community of roommates and trusted hosts.

  • Risk Services

Specialized clinical staffing and additional training for individuals with high behavioral support needs, delivered safely within community settings.

Providing support in crisis and for specific needs

Clinical Services

  • Consultative Assessment

Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioners conduct risk assessments and develop individualized plans for people who need additional clinical support.

  • Crisis Intervention

Short-term, intensive habilitative support for individuals navigating periods of crisis, focused on stabilization and a return to daily life.
